....at Top Drawer. It was a bit of a flying visit just to see what it was all about really. BUT.... I was absolutely blown away by the huge array of greetings card designer talent on display at this vast trade show. It was good fun to see it all "in the flesh" and to meet one or two of the designer publishers. I absolutely love the ranges from
Earthworks, Lou Mills,
Alice Palace,
Owaboo,
Nella and of course
Dots and Spots. I felt very much a wannabe in awe of all the talent out there. I hope everyone had a very successful show.
As for my own designs I am discovering that designing for cards is very different from the doodling and drawing I normally do. I am busy designing away in every bit of spare time I get but I am not sure that I am quite ready to put any finished designs on display here yet. I'm enjoying messing around with phtoshop though.....great fun!
