Just when I ......

.....decided to change the focus of this blog from textiles to sketching I have a photo of a finsihed textile piece. It's a piece I have been working on for a while. It looks a little crooked in the photo and the top looks a little ragged but it will be straightened up, finished off and attached to a perspex rod for display.....eventually! I have submitted it and one other piece for the Platform Gallery Open Exhibition later this year. l will hear mid August whether it has been accepted......fingers crossed!
