Can't believe .....

....its been so long since I last posted here. My only excuse is I've been busy.
....busy enjoying days out in the sun..

...the sun was shining ....really!...its just my photos

...busy at work, enjoyable but ....the less said about that the better.
...busy drawing.....

...with oil pastels
...busy knitting...endless knitting. More on that in later posts when I have something finished to show you, but I'm working on a piece for an Open Textiles competition at the Platform Gallery in Clitheroe and I've been accepted into the Holmfirth Arts Week this year too, and I'm also working on the Bankfield pieces. I have made some progress on these but cannot Reveal all just yet. I've also ....
....been busy packing some of my work for San Jose, like this piece...

which will be winging its way to the National Quilt Museum very shortly for this exhibition.
Also (told you I had been busy!)
..been busy learning how to and creating two websites. One for my textile work and the other for greetings cards based on my illustrations........hopefully they will be going live for the end of this month. I'll be posting links later, but in the meantime this is the banner for the card website.

...and finally, but by no means least, I've been busy buying a Japanese moleskin at this lovely bookshop..

.. for this fantastic project on flickr..... I've very kindly been invited by some lovely ladies to join the moly x 25 group. The link for the blog for this is here. Feel free to follow our adventures, it should be fun!
No posts for days and then I can't stop....hope its not too boring!

PS aaargh!!!!.... Can anyone tell me how to better control starting new paragraphs on blogger. I want the writing under the photos but can't seem to do that.

I think you can better get the text under the photo if you choose to put the photo in the middle, not on the left as you have. I like to put my memory paintings on the left but am unable then to get a space between paragraphs - blogger just automatically over rides - well, it is a free service.
