.......this shot of my Diana Fayt plate....Pear on plum! I'm torn between displaying it or using it and risking breaking it! Its beautifully crafted....... but screaming out to be used.....so fingers crossed. You can see more of Diana's wonderful work here.

I'm very much for using beautiful art! Better enjoy it now, your grandchildren might not even understand the beauty in it. I do!

Ceramics are the craft I most commonly buy because I so love to use them. We have set of corner shelves in the bathroom which are devoted to retired ie broken and glued art ceramics - so we continue to enjoy them indefinately
